• Content Creation: Content creators on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, or blogs using the wheel as part of their content (with or without monetization).
• Decision Making: Personal or group use for making random decisions in a fun way.
• Sharing: Sharing customized wheels with friends, colleagues, or an audience via a link.

3.3. Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions

Your license to use the Service is conditioned on your compliance with the rules of conduct. You agree not to use, and not to permit any third party to use, the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity that violates any federal, state, local, or international law.
• Operate or promote gambling where money or items of monetary value are wagered. Use for legitimate promotional sweepstakes or charitable raffles where no purchase is necessary to enter (as per local law) is generally permitted.
• Enter, upload, or transmit any User Content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, threatening, hateful, that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.

4. User Content and Responsibility

By using features like "Save" or "Share", you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, solely for the purposes of operating, hosting, displaying, and providing the Service to you and those with whom you share your content. This license terminates when your User Content is deleted from our systems.

You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights to grant us this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

While Namewheel is not obligated to actively monitor User Content, we reserve the absolute right to review, remove, edit, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, especially if we believe such content violates these Terms.

Violations of these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, without prior notice. Decisions on whether behavior constitutes a violation of these Terms are made at our sole discretion.

Except for User Content, the Service and all of its materials, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, design, and the compilation of all content included on the Service, are the property of Namewheel and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

"Namewheel" and its logo are trademarks belonging to the site operators. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or logos in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Namewheel and its owners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Should you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the matter informally by contacting us through the official channels listed in these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
